What is HarvestFest?

HarvestFest gives you the opportunity to connect directly with contractors, header owners, growers, manufacturers, dealers, service providers and industry stakeholders – the people who influence, specify, and purchase harvest machinery and services across Australia.

This is not a traditional field day. HarvestFest is a focused, conversation-first event where you can:

• Engage directly with contractors and header owners, grain producers and large scale farmers
• Connect with growers and harvest service providers
• Showcase machinery with structured walkarounds
• Build brand visibility in a highly targeted environment
• Strengthen relationships within the Australian harvesting sector

The 2025 event exceeded attendance expectations and generated strong industry engagement and feedback. Momentum is building, and 2026 will expand on that foundation.

Important Exhibitor Information

Arrival
Monday August 10 – set up during the day

Exhibition Days
Tuesday August 11: five rounds of presentations.
Wednesday August 12: a full day field day for conversations in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Power and Shelter
Exhibitors must provide their own power and shelter, e.g. marquees, generators, etc.

Site Access and Instructions
Final site maps and bump-in details will be emailed closer to the event.

Accommodation
There are a limited number of on-site camping sites available at the showgrounds. See accomodation options for the event.

We’ll welcome headers, fronts, high horsepower tractors, and windrowers too. If it passes the pub test for being at the event, we’re more than happy to have it on site.

Bounce in will be the Monday and bounce out from 4pm Wednesday.

Cost

Small Trade Site • 3x3m
$1000 +GST – includes 1 dinner pass

Medium Site • single item of equipment
$1500 +GST – includes 2 dinner passes

Large / Wholegoods Site • if it’s got wheels it needs this size
$2500 +GST – includes 4 dinner passes
